Respect for Human Rights

Respect for Human Rights

Our Approach

People are at the heart of every business. We believe our responsibility is to respect every individual and to create a workplace where people can find purpose and fulfillment in their work.

A company should never be built on the sacrifice of others, nor do we wish it to be. We respect the human rights of all people, comply with all laws applicable to our business activities, and uphold internationally recognized human rights, including those set out in the International Bill of Human Rights and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

Prohibition of Child Labor and Forced Labor

Every child has the right to a safe and fulfilling life, and adults have a responsibility to protect that right.

We do not employ children under the age of 15, and we do not permit employees under the age of 18 to engage in night work, hazardous work, or other legally restricted forms of labor. We prohibit forced labor in all forms.

We conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws and expect the same commitment from our business partners.

Prohibition of Discrimination

We are committed to creating an environment where everyone can work with confidence, dignity, and a sense of belonging.

We do not tolerate discrimination in hiring, in the workplace, or in any aspect of our business activities. We prohibit discrimination, discriminatory behavior, and harassment based on age, gender, race or ethnicity, nationality, social status, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic.

We also work to promote awareness and understanding throughout our organization.

Elimination of Harassment

We are committed to maintaining a fair, respectful, and welcoming workplace.

We do not tolerate any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, workplace harassment, or abuse of authority.

Through prevention, education, and appropriate action, we work to eliminate harassment and foster an environment where everyone feels respected and supported.
